Cancellation Policy
1. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.
2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation
Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may choose to return the product after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
3. Refund for Cancellations
If you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
