Cash on Delivery Rules

Order Confirmation

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation call or WhatsApp message will be sent to your registered number. The order will be processed only after your verbal or written confirmation.

Order Limit

COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 only. For orders exceeding this value, we request you to use our secure online payment methods (UPI, Card, Netbanking).

Refusal of Delivery

If a COD order is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason (damage/wrong item), the customer account may be blacklisted from future COD purchases.

Non-Serviceable Areas

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if the shipping address falls under a non-serviceable pin code by our courier partners. In such cases, you will be requested to pay online.
